About the role: Reporting to the Group WHSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture among ISGroup companies and clients to ensure high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality are maintained across our business and projects. The position is responsible for leading the implementation of the Group Safety Management System and driving the continuous improvement of operational Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards, ensuring the Group complies with WHS legislative requirements and maintains a healthy and safe work environment for workers, contractors, and visitors to the organisation.
About you: You'll bring extensive experience in WHSEQ in a Senior Advisor or Advisor role.You have a degree in occupational safety and health or related discipline.You bring significant WHSEQ experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or mining sectors.You'll bring sound experience in leading incident investigationsHave experience in ISO certification audit cycle processesExperience with injury management and return to work processes, and working knowledge of the workers compensation systemExperience identifying improvements within the health, safety, and quality systems in line with ISO 9001 and 45001What we offer: A highly competitive remuneration packageFree onsite parkingAn opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on an expanding group of businesses!If this sounds like your next opportunity, then please apply today!
