The Opportunity As our full time Senior Web Developer , based out of our Brisbane CBD head office, you'll lead the build, speed, stability and usability of Shine Justice group's websites. You'll work with other digital experts, and liaise cross-functionally within Marketing, and with our IT and Projects teams, to identify, scope, and prioritise website improvements and manage the implementation, testing of website changes. You'll have the best of both worlds, working within our supportive, friendly, and high performing Marketing team, whilst being given the opportunity to truly own our web space and make it your own. Here's how you'll help us stay ahead of the pack: Deliver sound input, leadership and decision guidance in order to drive first class solution architecture of the Shine Lawyers Australia and Shine Justice websites. Collaborating with the Digital Experience and Content Lead to translate business needs into technical requirements that result in client focused solutions. Oversee the implementation of website changes and enhancements made in-house and externally, across a variety of environments, but mainly built-in React, leveraging the Contentful CMS. Manage unit and system testing, in conjunction with the rest of the digital marketing team, to ensure only stable code is deployed in our production environments. Ensure integrity and security of analytics data and its capture through platforms such as Google Tag Manager, and Tealium into Google Analytics/GA4 Build and manage strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders (including IT) across the business, advising them with your technical knowledge and working closely together to create innovative and successful solutions and initiatives. Manage and maintain Shine Justice website infrastructure and deployment process. What you'll bring. To thrive in this role, you'll have: Proven experience in front end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript including React) Experience with Gatsby (and GraphQL) and/or Next.js Experience with a headless CMS (preferably Contentful) and styled components (or another CSS-in-JS solution) Experience with Azure, Netlify and Docker Experience integrating third party APIs and plugins. Proven experience in effective estimation, planning, and resource allocation. Experience with NGINX, Microsoft Azure platform, Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. The following are desirable, but not essential for success: MySQL (Azure SQL Server) and NoSQL (CosmosDB), Experience integrating and working with Salesforce, experience using CSS Pre-processers such as SCSS or LESS, understanding of SEO Development concepts and their practical application, and experience in database queries and database management.
