We are looking for a Web Designer to join our enthusiastic team and build a modern, classy, and suitable website for our luxury products industry. As we are expanding, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our industry-leading business.
Responsibilities:
Determining the objectives and constraints of the design
Doing research and analysing functional communication requirements
Designing clickable prototypes, concepts, user flows, user journeys, and interactive digital experiences for the luxury fashion and pre-owned luxury online shopping and online consignment
Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and layouts for Website UI design
Creating and updating UI design patterns to increase reuse and standardisation
Negotiating design solutions with the manager
Selecting, specifying, and recommending functional and aesthetic materials for display
Working closely with developers to ensure that any new UI design patterns are feasible and easy to use
Creating and managing UI Designs from sketch to prototype to final digital design and handoff to developers
Coordinating with the website developer during the project build period
Maintaining and updating our design component library
Analysing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience
Skills and Abilities:
Master's degree in the relevant field
3 years of industry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with WooCommerce and online retail websites
The ability to learn and understand new platform systems and see opportunities for improvement
Written and spoken language requirements: English and Mandarin

Adhere to best practices in terms of code quality, test, and development practices
Management and maintenance of code integrity in the department
Ability to think on your feet and react in an ever-changing environment
Strong communication abilities in English and Mandarin
Ability to wear many hats and support the team
A passion for software development
You will have a keen eye for detail, be hungry to learn, and have a passion to help our team continue to deliver quality, market-leading solutions
