Due to our growing pipeline of interesting and challenging projects, we are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Northern Queensland team based in our well-established multidisciplinary Mackay Office. We will also consider candidates with Environmental or Mechanical Engineering degrees, as well as those looking to work from our Townsville or Cairns offices.
In this role you will have the opportunity to support and collaborate on a range of projects with other Technical Disciplines, including (but not limited to) Geotechnics, Transport Advisory, Planning and Approvals, Hydrology & Hydrogeology and Environmental Specialist Services, providing sustainable solutions for our national and international projects.

Outside wanting to join a positive and friendly team, the right candidate should have:
6+ years' experience with tertiary engineering qualifications in civil, environmental or mechanical engineering as well experience related to water and wastewater infrastructure.RPEQ accreditation is highly desirableExperience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects,Excellent written and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationshipsCompetency in engineering design, including the development of design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure across various industries including; local government, state government and private industry clients.An excellent attitude and be capable of working within a dynamic environmentHave a clear understanding and articulation of your skills and awareness of the direction you want to take with career progression.
