This role encompasses both a hands-on operational and administrative focus, moving inventory into and out of the Distribution Centre. As a Senior Distribution Centre Administrator (internally you'll be known as our Senior Warehouse Administrator), you'll have ownership of functions within the supply chain, making informed decisions to meet expectations and deadlines. The successful applicant will assess scenarios objectively and have both initiative and confidence to take appropriate action after considering the cost-to-benefit ratio.
In this role, other primary responsibilities include:
Product registering of vendor orders: unpacking and registering delivery of goods into the WMS, separating orders, adding product to license plates to move for quality checks
Receipting and invoice matching vendor invoices: receipting and invoice matching vendor purchase orders and loads in the WMS, identifying discrepancies, liaising with the product department to resolve if necessary, scanning invoices into the database
Register and receipt store transfers: unpack returning store shipments, register transfer numbers, print tags for recall transfers
Processing store stock requests and customer orders: complete inventory enquiries, making decisions on location to fulfil request, create and release manual sales orders, pick stock, communicate status updates of requests to stores
Pick and receive transfer orders
Sales order checking: identify, cancel or resolve open sales orders, monitor aged e-commerce orders
Staff sales: pick and pack staff sales orders
E-commerce returns: receive and accept RAM's, moving returned product from retail to wholesale warehouse
E-commerce resizes and engraving: moving, monitoring, and following up on resizes ensuring orders are packed upon completion
The successful applicant will have:
Prior distribution operations experience including distribution systems exposure
Exposure and efficiency in Microsoft D365 software in a distribution environment is advantageous
A strong focus on customer service
Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal form with internal and external stakeholders
Proven administration skills
Comfort in providing feedback and having input to continuous improvement solutions

Impeccable attention to detail when checking incoming products
Ability to multi-task seamlessly
