The role will report through to the Executive Vice President, Mining Digital Solutions.PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:Accountable for the underground business unit, including full P&LEnsure consistent collaboration across the organisation to identify and develop scalable solutions, while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.Successfully deliver the business objectives for the Komatsu Digital Mining Solutions brand.Prioritise objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the executive leadership team.Responsible for leading the business operations globally with a focus on sales and support.Responsible for leading the corporate support functions, which include engineering; product management and marketing; and other related functionsManage relationships with key clientsResponsible for developing the long term strategy with the Executive Management Team (EMT) and aligning it with the Komatsu MTMP and annual business plan.To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Bachelor Degree in business or related field required.
