You will be joining a strong National Valuations practice led by the General Manager Valuations and our Director, who both strive to support, engage, challenge and develop the team.Key responsibilities of this permanent, full-time (Mo - Fri) role include:Formulating valuation reports in industry segments you specialise in, and providing support to areas in which other senior valuers are specialists: Manufacturing Equipment, Process Plants, Pharmaceutical Plants, Mining, Earthmoving Equipment, Marine, General Plant and EquipmentLiaising with clients and contractors to coordinate client instructionsMaintaining existing client relationshipsAdhering to the industry body requirements, rules of practice, codes of ethics, policies and objectivesTaking an active part in training (both internal and/or external), and helping develop emerging ValuersTraveling for business as requiredABOUT YOUCompleted an accredited API, AMEA, RICS, ASA course in Valuations (highly desired) or willingness to obtain5 years of vehicle, plant or machinery valuation/appraisal experienceSound knowledge or interest in plant and equipmentGood computer skills (MS Office and internet)Current Driver's LicenseCan do 'Leave it with me' proactive approach to supporting the Valuations team and business.Ability to work autonomously and to deadlinesWHAT'S IN THE PACKAGEWe offer free onsite parking, flexible work arrangements, fully stocked pantry with weekly Friday team lunches, mentoring and development assistance, EAP service, superannuation salary sacrifice, novated lease and much more!APPLY NOW!If you think you would thrive in this role and would love an opportunity to work with us, feel invited to APPLY.
