Senior Valuer – Non-Mortgage

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000History of FAST internal promotions & regular, consistent salary increases.Non-Mortgage, Government Valuations.Senior Valuer to join the Melbourne office managed by a 20 year, highly-respected veteran (both Aus & International exp) of the industry handling non-mortgage valuations. If you were going to choose a person to learn from, this would be it.
The Role: The work is interesting, diverse & stable including: transaction advisory, stamp duty, compensation, rating & taxation and financial reporting across a broad variety of property assets (commercial, industrial, retail, residential, prestige & development). It also includes advisory + an internal valuation review / Quality Assurance / Risk Compliance function.
Due to the diversity of the work you'll come across, this is a good opportunity for an experienced Valuer who wants to diversify their skills base with exposure to a wider set of specialised assets than they might get at a traditional valuations firm.
