We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our marketing team and create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key stakeholder in enabling OMG to hit their Lead, Revenue, and Brand targets with the constant improvement of graphics being top of mind.
Responsibilities: Design captivating and effective various digital assets, including icons, banners, graphics, and other visual elements, that enhance user experience and engagement. Adapt designs for multiple platforms, ensuring that each creative meets specific guidelines and technical requirements (e.g., Instagram Stories, Facebook Feed, TikTok). Create simple animations or motion graphics to make ads more engaging and drive higher performance. Read, analyze and interpret performance data. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ad concepts that support campaign goals and resonate with target audiences. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, and perform usability testing to inform design decisions. Develop visually appealing, cohesive, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines across web and mobile platforms. Work with users to gather feedback on designs, conduct A/B testing, and iteratively improve designs based on insights. Ensure that design elements maintain brand consistency while elevating visual storytelling and user engagement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in graphic and UX/UI design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. Proficiency in content creation tools, Facebook creative and content management in other social platforms. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Strong experience in social media posts and content management. Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong skills in layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate design choices and collaborate across teams.
