What to expect -

A fintech business on a mission to streamline their User Experience process across a whole range of business units and new products. You'll join an established UCD team to support on this business transformation project, working within an agile, cross-functional team.3 days work from home with flexibility around core hours.All equipment you'll need to be your best self in this role provided.Work from home set up – just let us know what you need!Central office, close to public transport links with parking provided.What you'll be responsible for -Lead on the design of new user flows and product features, ensuring design accessibility is at the forefront of decision making.Work collaboratively with Engineering & Product teams to help define problem statements and advocate for users.Translate requirements into detailed journey maps,Skills you'll need to thrive in this role – 5 years' experience in UX and UI Design – previous fintech experience is a bonus, but not required.Proficient in developing hifi prototypes in Figma, plus documentation.Demonstrable experience in working with agile, crossfunctional teams.Previous UX research and usability testing experience.A strong portfolio demonstrating all of the above!If you're looking for a user-obsessed fintech business who are continuously improving their UX standards and processes, then this is for you!
