Your New Role In the role of Senior UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of the digital experiences that support and connect member needs and behaviours to the business.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: Senior experience in interactive application and interface design for a large organisation or agency. Demonstrated specialist skills in UX/UI Design methodologies and UX Research. Experience with digital concept development, testing, and prototyping. Rapid development. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment. Excitement about being part of our growth and playing a pivotal role in making super simple. Balanced in accepting risk in decision-making, curious to understand risk context, and willing to speak up as we simplify, learn, and grow.
