Senior Urban Designer

Urban Design & Planning (Design & Architecture) Details: City Renewal Authority are seeking an experienced professional to join our Design and Place Strategy team. We are looking for a Senior Urban Designer with expertise in the delivery of urban renewal projects. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and demonstrated project experience in creative city-making projects and an understanding of land development. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in architecture, or commensurate demonstrated experience in urban renewal projects, is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years' experience, specifically in urban renewal and public realm related projects, managing large-scale design projects. Knowledge and experience of architectural, engineering or landscape related software such as Adobe Suite, CAD, and GIS. Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for two years. This position will be in workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
