We're seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our growing Retail Underwriting Team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in underwriting, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Retail Underwriter, you'll be responsible for:
Conducting thorough underwriting assessments to ensure accurate risk evaluations Maintaining high levels of productivity and quality while meeting individual targets Participating in phone queue management and tele-underwriting protocols to drive efficiency Building strong relationships with advisers and clients to promote a culture of quality information extraction Supporting the achievement of Retail Insurance ANP, Vo NB, and retention targets To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Extensive underwriting experience, ideally with a Level 8 Delegated Underwriting Authority Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate best practice in underwriting Sound medical and financial knowledge, with a focus on customer service At AIA, we offer a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being, including:
