Your Role
This is an opportunity to join our high-performing team as a Senior Underwriter, where you'll play a crucial role in underwriting professional risks, including those of a large and complex nature. You'll have the authority to negotiate individual terms for accounts, ensuring a balanced and profitable portfolio of Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers risks is achieved.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality underwriting of professional risks while delivering exceptional service to our broking partners, utilizing and developing your relationships within the market, all the while collaborating closely with our key internal stakeholders.

This is a permanent-term full time hybrid role, based in Melbourne.
About You

To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Solid demonstrated experience in underwriting or broking professional risks products, with a thorough understanding of these products.
• Strong underwriting, analytical, and communication abilities.
• A marketing and sales-oriented approach with a results-driven attitude.
