You'll be responsible for leading the design of our platform, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, beautiful, and impactful. What You'll Do:
Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery. Design sophisticated web and mobile interfaces that delight users. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to align design with business goals. Mentor junior designers and help shape the design culture at Mathspace. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data. What We're Looking For:
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles. At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital products. Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring and leading design teams.
