This role will be designing and delivering across a broad range of platforms, including web, mobile, and connected television.
Collaborating with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to bring design concepts to life, ensuring they are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines. Your expertise in user interface design, attention to detail, and ability to balance design aesthetics with usability will be key to creating a seamless and impactful user experience.
Lead the creation of visually compelling and functional user interfaces across multiple platforms (web, mobile, TV) that align with brand guidelines and provide an exceptional user experienceContribute to and help maintain our design system, ensuring consistency in UI components, interactions, and patterns across all products and platformsWork closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure that designs are user-centered, aligned with product requirements, and technically feasibleCreate high-fidelity mock-ups, UI prototypes, and detailed design specifications that clearly communicate design solutionsFocus on visual hierarchy, colour, typography, and iconography to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and usable design throughout our entire ecosystemPrioritise usability and accessibility in designs, ensuring that all users can navigate and interact with the product seamlessly. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure that UI decisions align with user research and testing insightsTake ownership of refining and improving the UI based on user feedback and project requirementsMentor junior designers and help elevate the overall design team's skills and outputKeep up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practicesSkills and Experiences We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a digital UI Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, such as web, mobile, and TVA comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UI design, including high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and design systems. The portfolio should also show your ability to translate design concepts into detailed, implementable UI elementsAdvanced skills in design tools such as Figma, the Adobe suite, and/or similar UI/UX design software. Proficiency in prototyping and visual design tools is requiredExpertise in visual design principles such as typography, colour theory, composition, and iconography.
