Senior Transport Engineer

Aspect Personnel are working with a council in Melbourne's Inner North to recruit a Senior Transport Engineer for an initial 3 month contract role with the possibility of extension.Hybrid working arrangement available with minimum 2 days per week office based and the remainder working from home.Employed as a Senior Transport Engineer; you will be responsible for:Reviewing, assessing and developing traffic management plansConducting parking studiesManaging transport projectsStakeholder engagement/managementSupporting junior traffic EngineersAs the ideal candidate you will have/be:A degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant qualifications/experienceA Traffic / Transport Engineer, ideally with experience in Victorian Local GovernmentPrevious experience reviewing TMPsDemonstrated ability to conduct traffic investigations/studiesA solid understanding of traffic engineering principles and practicesExperience managing traffic/transport projectsA commitment to providing a high level of customer serviceA current driver's licenseIf you would like to discuss this role in more detail, please contactMichael Parker on 0431 593 048or send an email to ******, you can apply by using the link below.All communication will be strictly confidential.
