What role will you play?
As a Senior Manager in the team, you will lead the design and execution of training activities aimed at supporting our team in developing skills of the future across a large regulatory and transformational Programme. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to perform training needs analysis and identify learning outcomes. You will also design and develop a training plan tailored for different user groups/geographies across the Financial Management Group as part of a large-scale transformation programme. In addition, you will design training material, including e-learning modules, bite size videos, user guides and other training aids and facilitate learning as required.
What you offer
8+ years' experience as a Training Manager, with proven experience in the delivery of technical training delivery within a professional services environment
Proficiency in instructions design principles and adult learning methodologies
Strong Training Needs Analysis capability required to account for different capability levels across multiple systems and stakeholders
Ability to create a sustainable multi-channel learning approach
Experience in designing and developing e-learning modules
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships at all levels, including Executive level stakeholders
