Job Description As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Training and Development Lead to deploy effective and impactful training programs to improve and enhance our workforce's capability.
The Senior Training and Development Lead will manage all training costs and be at the forefront of training and development trends, to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with our business goals and our employee's development needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee our apprentice program Maintain & provide governance for the Training Needs Analysis documents Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps & training requirements Forecast and schedule learning sessions Identify learning solutions for job families, safety and compliance requirements Design, develop and deliver technical training programs that are engaging, interactive and impactful Develop and manage LMS modules of the HRIS and ongoing governance Lead and mentor our team of training specialists and coordinators Internal stakeholder collaboration and external stakeholder management Manage multiple training programs ensuring timely delivery within budget ABOUT YOU: Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be desirable Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and presentation skills Strong understanding of adult principles and educational taxonomy's Proven experience as a Learning and Development Team Leader ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE: Additional four days per annum of Personal Business Leave Opportunity to apply for additional leave (Purchase Leave) Annual Bonus Scheme Salary continuance insurance Rewards Gateway for our employees Employee Referral Reward WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER At Pacific Energy, we celebrate the richness and depth that diversity brings.
