ABOUT THE POSITION
Our business seeks a dedicated and experienced full-time Senior Training Advisor to join our team, working Monday to Friday at the Kwinana plant.

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organisational objectives.
It includes strategic planning, program development, and continuous evaluation of training initiatives to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
The Senior Training Advisor will confidently lead a team of training professionals, work closely with various departments to understand and address business needs, and contribute to the overall development and success of the organisation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies to address organisational needs.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
Design and deliver engaging training materials and programs, utilising various instructional methods.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Mentor and support members of the training team in their professional development.
Manage the training budget, including allocating resources and negotiating with vendors for training materials and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Relevant tertiary qualification and Cert IV in training and assessing.
Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and assess training effectiveness.
Proficiency in training software and tools.
Sound knowledge of National Competency Standards and competency training requirements.
