Senior Trade Overseer - Facilities Maintenance Electrical 5D – Francis Greenway Correctional Complex Location: Windsor - Francis Greenway Correctional Complex Employment type : Ongoing 38 Hours Salary: $98,059.00 Incidental allowance $5,766, Superannuation and Leave Loading Trade: Electrical Your role: We are looking for a proactive and dedicated qualified Electrician to commence as a Senior Trade Overseer working within our Facility Maintenance Unit at the Francis Greenway Correctional Centre Complex. Senior Trade Overseers are trade qualified Correctional Officers with the essential role of using your trade skills to work with and supervise inmates and other staff to undertake programmed and reactive maintenance tasks essential to keep the correctional centre operational. Successful candidates are provided with paid training to undertake Certificate III in Correctional Practice at Corrective Services Academy, Brush Farm training facility. As an employee of Corrective Services all uniforms, tools, equipment, clothing, PPE are supplied and ongoing training is encouraged and supported. Essential Requirements Must possess trade qualifications in the electrical trade (minimum Cert 3) and hold a current NSW Fair Trading Electrical Contractor Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
