Providing project feasibility analysis and early stage advice on project constraints and opportunities for a wide range of projects types e.g. Land Rezoning Developments, Commercial & Industrial Developments, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy etc. Major projects - if you want to work on the headline projects across the Hunter, Sydney and beyond this is the place to be. Preparation and provision of pragmatic Town Planning advice and approvals documents. Client relationship management. Ensuring effective communication with clients, councils / government departments and other internal teams. What you need to have to apply Relevant tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning / Town Planning etc. Experience with the authoring of Town Planning advice and approvals documents gained under the NSW planning framework. Consulting sector experience and/or a commercial focus and approach is essential. Strong influencing and relationship management skills. Great communication skills (written and verbal).
