The Opportunity This role will see you:
Being the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed.Preparing planning applications for projects of varying scale and budgets, liaising and negotiating with local councils and authorities as needed.Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues.Helping grow and maintain relationships with a range of top tier clients.Working closely with other professions, both internally and externally, to help deliver practical and timely outcomes for clients.Connecting and sharing knowledge with our team of Planners across other geographies.About You First and foremost, you share our passion for bettering the communities we live and work within, both now and in the future. You are a qualified, experienced town planner who has often been described as dependable and responsive; you are known for doing what you say you'll do. You will come to us with:
Extensive experience in the local market, working in a diverse range of projects, geographies and stakeholder groups.Strong understanding of the fundamentals of town planning, both strategic and statutory.Proven ability to negotiate and mediate to affect mutually beneficial outcomes.The ability to communicate effectively with our clients and contractors to achieve great results within a complex project environment.Our Culture At Spiire, we believe that our culture is our difference.
