The role of Senior Ticket Seller is to provide an efficient and effective service to the community as well as ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for customers to enjoy a cinematic experience.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service;Understanding of the process of preparing and promoting movies and stage performances;Experience in stock management;Experience with projection and theatre equipment (desirable);Experience in events management and bookings (desirable).About you:
You will need a positive, high-energy approach and enjoy engaging with the local community. You will have well-developed customer service and communication skills along with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
