Senior Tester

If you want to feel part of an important team, see your work put to life-changing outcomes, and bring extensive testing experience to the table, this is the role you've been looking for.Working with a talented team on a SuccessFactors implementation, as the key tester you will perform the following tasks:Coordinating, executing, and leading end-to-end testing activities for projects, including tasks, people, and vendor/third parties.Creating 'as is' and 'to be' process maps.Participating in various testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and security testing.Engaging with stakeholders, including conducting stakeholder consultations, meetings, and workshops.Providing input into integration strategies and documentation.Preparing test strategy documentation and test cases.Assisting with data migration activities if required.Collaborating with the Business/Technical Lead and Business Systems Analyst to understand system nuances.Supporting change management efforts and business readiness.Participating in cutover activities and post-go-live support.Engaging with stakeholders and project management.Attending project and program meetings and workshops.If you have the skills, want a long-term opportunity, and believe it's time to use your skills to make a real difference, this opportunity is a unique and exciting chance to do so.
