What You'll Bring
The SI Senior Test Manager is therefore required to have strong technical skills/understanding with experience in delivery of large mission critical systems, various cloud environments and large databases and applications like Oracle, as well as practical experience in maturing testing functions using models such as CMMi and TMMi.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing a technical testing team.
• Strong technical skills/understanding with experience in delivery of large mission critical systems, various cloud environments and large databases and applications like Oracle.
• Experience in standard development, delivery and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM or similar.
• Working with and implementing project delivery and testing tools in a DevOps/DevSecOps framework.
• Degree in IT, Engineering or related field is desirable.
• Professional certification and minimum 1-year practical experience in CMMi or TMMi.
