We are seeking experienced and motivatedManual Testersto:
Design, develop, and run manual scripts for testing multiple application products inc websites, web apps and servicesApply Agile development principles to testingDesign, implement, and execute regression/end-to-end and functional tests for target applicationsComplete integration, acceptance and performance testing, depending on the application or platformAssist in planning, documentation and preparation for testing approachesAssist in writing and executing manual test scriptsProduce high quality, meaningful reports and recommendations from testing resultsApply test techniques and processes for the planning, design, preparation and execution of testsUtilise Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) to track and manage activitiesContinually improve regression testing capacity through assisting with the creation of automated testsDerive maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness through innovative testing practices such as automating the regression and contributing to test process improvementBe able to work closely with the project teams to ensure that requirements are well understood and that the solutions delivered meet business objectivesEffective collaboration with a cross-functional team working with an agile structure - including a product owner, scrum master, business analysts, UI developers, architect & testers to produce a solution in accordance with user and stakeholder requirements and broader divisional objectivesEffectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholder; internal and external to the department (as required).
The successful applicant must have relevant work experience and a range of technical skills
Experience with using DevOps for tracking testing activities would be advantageousTesting of web applications and its integration with Dynamic 365 CRM systemsExperience with DevOps/TFS for test planning and defect management.Hands on experience with functional testing, Integration testing and regression testing.Solid understanding of testing principles and techniquesStrong communication and collaboration skills interfacing with key project stakeholdersUnderstanding and experience working with cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Azure DevOps.Good knowledge best practices when testing ICT solutions.The ability to perform, collaborate and deliver ICT solutions within an agile team.
