Senior Test Analyst

Create, execute, and report on high-quality test artefacts such as requirements matrices, test cases, defects, test data etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines. Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to members of the test team. Create and maintain documentation to support test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test team. Initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the test team and across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas. Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences. Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation. Provide technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data and tools (etc.) to the test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
