The Opportunity We have two new exciting opportunities for experienced Senior Technology Leads to join our team.
As the Senior Technology Lead in WesCEF IT&S, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives.
The role will be responsible for reviewing new requests from various business units and IT&S, determining options, participating in solution design, and managing Solution forums such as ADF and ARB.
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Planning and Delivery, you will also be responsible for consulting with business units to identify their IT and Operational Technology (OT) needs, providing strategic guidance, and facilitating the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to understand their IT and OT needs and objectives. Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Understand WesCEF businesses and develop relationships with key stakeholders (including business leaders, IT and OT teams) to facilitate requirements gathering. Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and post-implementation review. Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. About You Solid, demonstrable experience in an Information Technology role, preferably within an Industrial IT / OT environment as well as experience in a similar role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage. Proven experience in consulting with business units and managing stakeholder relationships. Proven experience in contributing to technology strategy, roadmaps, and high-level design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of IT/OT systems, technologies, and integration.
