TheOpportunity We have two new excitingopportunities for experienced Senior Technology Leads to join ourteam. As the the Senior Technology Lead in WesCEF IT&S willplay a pivotal role in ensuring that technology solutions alignwith business objectives. The role will be responsible forreviewing new requests from various business units and IT&S,determine options, participating in solution design, and managingSolution forums such as ADF and ARB.
Reporting to the Manager,Technology Planning and Delivery, you will also be responsible forconsulting with business units to identify their IT and OperationalTechnology (OT) needs, providing strategic guidance, andfacilitating the alignment of technology solutions with businessobjectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders togather requirements, analyse processes, and recommend innovativesolutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digitaltransformation.
In addition, some of your keyresponsibilities will include:
Collaborate with business units to understand their IT andOT needs and objectives.Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areasfor improvement.Understand WesCEF businesses and develop relationships withkey stakeholders (including business leaders, IT and OT teams)to facilitate requirements gatheringProvide support throughout the project lifecycle, frominitiation to implementation and post-implementationreview.Monitor industry trends and best practices to identifyopportunities for continuous improvement.This role is primarily basedat WesCEF's Murdoch office however at least one (1) day aweek will be required at our Kwinana location. Please note our Murdochoffice will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025. About You Solid, demonstrable experience in in an InformationTechnology role, preferably within an Industrial IT / OTenvironment as well as experience in a similar role.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications are an advantage.Proven experience in consulting with business units andmanaging stakeholder relationships.Proven experience in contributing to technology strategy,roadmaps and high level design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of IT/OT systems, technologies, andintegration.Competitive remuneration with allocation of Wesfarmersshares and participation in our annual incentiveplan.
