They have highly developed technical expertise and excellent troubleshooting skills for selected Manhattan software products.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupports the initial install of applications and subsequently trains the customer on the install processWorks with appropriate customer team members to implement interfaces/integrate with external systemsWorks with appropriate local and global MA personnel to develop and test interfaces between multiple Manhattan productsProvide technical design solution for the product in client frameworkProactively troubleshoots and resolves technical issues that arise during an implementationProvides onsite technical support as needed throughout the solution implementation projectParticipates in training, keeps up to date with latest technology trends, and mentors or supports training of new employeesMinimum of 50% travel requiredMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS5-7 years of post-bachelor's experience in software related technical field2-3 years of technical services experience delivering cloud-based enterprise softwareExperience in warehouse management software or omni-channel order management software highly consideredHands-on working experience of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and familiarity with standard J2EE Design PatternsHands-on experience in CORE JAVAHands-on working experience with Spring Boot and microservicesHands-on working experience on Google Cloud Platform/Amazon Web Services or equivalentHands-on experience in creating REST APIsProficient in using tools like Postman or equivalentPractical knowledge and hands-on development experience on different databases especially Oracle and MySQLProficient in writing/understanding PL/SQL objects like stored procedures, triggersKnowledge of UNIXHands on experience with integration to different middleware like Mulesoft, SAG webmethods etcExposure to version control tool- GIT is preferableBachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field or related work experienceCustomer oriented, self-motivated and team playerStrong written and verbal communication skills (English)Excellent time management and prioritising skillsStrong problem-solving skillsQuick learner with strong interest in learning new products and solutions
