The Role This is a hands-on position where you'll lead the charge in delivering end-to-end Business Central solutions for a diverse range of clients. You'll have the opportunity to engage in both consulting and pre-sales activities, leveraging your expertise to design, implement, and optimise Business Central solutions. With your proven skills, you'll also be positioned as a future leader in the practice, with potential to step into a Practice Lead role as the team scales.
What You'll Do Consulting: Partner with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored Business Central solutions, and guide them through successful implementations. Pre-Sales: Support business development by conducting demonstrations, preparing proposals, and articulating the value of Business Central solutions to prospective clients. Technical Expertise: Take a hands-on approach to system customisation, integration, and configuration while collaborating with technical teams. Leadership Potential: Mentor junior consultants and contribute to building a strong, high-performing Business Central team, with a pathway to a Practice Lead role. About You Experience: 7+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in both technical and functional capacities. Consulting Skills: Strong ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and build trusted client relationships. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AL programming, integrations, and system architecture. Pre-Sales Expertise: Confident in delivering presentations and demonstrations, and experienced in developing compelling proposals. Leadership Aspirations: Interested in taking on management responsibilities and leading a growing team in the future. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
