The Opportunity We are in pursuit of a high-energy individual who has a real passion for customer service and problem-solving.
As a valued team member, you will action Level 2 technical requests, provide technical mentorship for Level 1 technicians, and champion continuous improvement activities across the team through developing and updating processes, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Reporting to the Workplace Technology Manager, you will provide support with allocation/prioritisation of tasks, incident response, and ensuring satisfactory service levels.
Provide second level technical support and perform service request triage, raising support requests to vendors where necessary.Contribute towards servicing customer channels – including calls, tickets, and walk-ins when needed.Assist with queue management including assignment of work, escalation, etc.Provide leadership support with delegated tasks including prioritisation of work, reporting on team metrics, and ensuring service quality meets expectations.Configure, troubleshoot, and advise customers on the effective use of M365 applications.Assist with the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of problems with end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.Be actively involved in IT related projects and rollouts.Manage domain user accounts, group membership, and file permissions through Active Directory and Entra.Deliver basic user training to help improve end-user productivity with Windows, desktop software, and cloud-based applications.Occasional visits to regional sites may be requested.Prioritise safety for self and others in all practices.Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management.With stakeholders located at both our Murdoch and Kwinana (operational) locations, you will need to be able to travel between locations as required. Please note that our Murdoch office will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025.
