Job ExpectationsA fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Network Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager NMC Event Delivery where you will join the pillar within the Customer and Networks business unit.
A bit about your role In this role you will provide deep domain technical expertise in NMC best practice, processes and technical considerations within the NMC Monitor/Event/RTCM area. You will work on the development, improvement and implementation of Network Monitor processes, work instructions and procedures for your areas of responsibility in collaboration with the Delivery Partners and nbn stakeholders. You will play a key role in assessing proposed changes, support automation/simplification initiatives and programs, and participate in daily, weekly, monthly operational governance/compliance activities to achieve desired business outcomes.
Additionally, this role will drive Delivery Partner capability uplift and support all stakeholders in related complex issues, escalations, development and emergency management functions to desired business outcomes.
A bit about you If this sounds like the role for you then, it is likely you will have extensive experience in leading technical teams within telecommunications or IT environments with a focus on assurance and incident management as well as strong technical skills. Your strong communication skills along with your demonstrated ability to work to develop functional competencies through process improvements will also see you succeed in this role.
