Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist in Capacity Management to work for a large organisation in North Sydney and Work from home.

Skills and experience:
Experience as a Senior Technical Specialist in Capacity Management Experience managing IT Service Management processes, ensuring successful deliverables from respective leads, and governing Capacity Management across the organisation.
Experience in Governance and Strategy including compliance in IT Capacity management best practices.
Experience in Risk Management and Issue Mitigation including defect management governance aligned with the SEO Risk Management Framework.
ITIL certification.
Experience in SQL Server scripting.
Excel macros experience.
Splunk experience.
Experience in conducting process audits.
Experience managing and ensuring that every IT Change is transitioned to production, ensuring there is enough capacity for the future.
Experience reviewing and certifying that changes are ready for production deployment and transition to operations.
