Senior Technical Officers - Customer SupportAre you looking for an opportunity to provide support & problem resolution within a permanent role? Digital Metro North are seeking experienced and passionate Technical Customer Service people who are keen to serve in the Hospital and Health sector, providing Technical expertise in the complex Digital environment of the modern Health System.
Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.
Key knowledge and experienceThe ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated skill and ability in providing local Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support to defined service levels and demonstrated written communication skills, including the ability to prepare instructions, reports and system documentation.Proven experience in technical support for Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016/365Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment establishing and cultivating working relationships.Confident consultation and communication skills with customers at all levels within the organisation, with ability to understand customer needs and deliver an organised service that meets the customer expectations.Demonstrated analytical and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to display a logical approach to any customer issue to achieve successful outcomes (while maintaining awareness of Metro North Health and Queensland Health strategic directions).About the roleFlexible working arrangements such as variable working hours and working from home may be supported.Opportunities available for coaching, development, and career progression within the broader team.Travel across Metro North facilities will be required – it is noted that this position has a shared primary location between Caboolture and Redcliffe sites, with days each week at Herston and other sites across Metro North Hospital and Health Service as necessary.Benefits when working for usRewarding career and development opportunities across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical areasValue driven organisation which provides a work environment that is safe, satisfying, flexible, and promotes a healthy work-life balanceFlexible working arrangements and competitive salary rates with annual incremental increasesBenefit from a higher than standard employer contribution to Superannuation of up to 12.75% and access to salary packagingBe part of a world-class, dynamic and growing health service that embraces technology and innovation, excellence in healthcare, quality teaching and cutting edge research.
