The Organisation
Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.

Reporting to the Technical Services Lead, this position will work in the Cloud Technology Services team to provide operational support, continual improvement and deliver a range of projects for Technology Services. The project delivery will be distributed across Technology Services and business-led projects where there is a requirement to have technical capability as part of the deliverables. The Cloud Technology Services team works very closely with other technical teams to provide technical support and expertise and ensures the successful transition of projects to operational support.
Operational Support - Provide operational support for existing cloud environments and technical teams to maintain high availability of business-critical systems. Project delivery - Provide excellent technology design, implementation, and transition for the successful delivery of multiple projects. Relationship management - Develop and maintain productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Customer service - Provide high levels of customer service and engagement with a strong focus on delivering to agreed customer outcomes. Mandatory/Special Role Requirements
Police Clearance Well-developed conceptual and analytic skills to solve complex problems and provide strategies to address them. Demonstrated technical skills and experience in support, design, implementation, automation and management of a broad range of modern enterprise technologies (cloud-based and hybrid services). Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS with demonstrated experience in the management and administration of Microsoft 365 applications and power platform tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with support staff and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. Demonstrated ability to apply innovative technologies to develop, support and continually improve in an enterprise (cloud-based and hybrid) environment. Demonstrated experience with IT industry standards and best practices (such as ITIL or similar). Want to know more?
