The role We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our award-winning team. Bringing a passion for what you do, you are the translator between the customer and the engineering team. Technical with a strong understanding of the customer, you have a drive to solve problems. You keep the customer in mind at all times, creating compelling Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories, ensuring details are fully captured.
Your ticket to success:Lead the way. As a senior you play a significant role in leading the BA discipline across Frankie, proactively supporting practice development. You assist other members of the team, peer-reviewing their work and supporting their development by sharing your knowledge and experience.Passion for the customer. You relate to our customers, facilitating sessions to understand their issues. Leading discovery, scoping and refinements sessions, you determine business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical stories and features.Collaborate. You work with internal delivery teams to prioritise work and engage engineers to ensure your assumptions are right and timelines are realistic. At times, you collaborate across squads.Quality Focused. You develop and implement inspection activities, working closely with the QE team to ensure requirements have been met and expectations exceeded.Technical Lens. You understand the technical aspects of new products and feature updates, challenging assumptions and ensuring scope is managed. You also understand the technical impact features will have on customers and assist in change management activities.Be an advocate. FacilitationHighly OrganisedComplex requirements discoveryAnalytical thinking & Problem-SolvingTechnical DocumentationDetail OrientationComputer systems & function knowledgePrevious experience:5+ years of experience in business / technical requirements gathering, analysis and design, ideally within financial services and or a SaaS environmentWorked in a fast-paced environment within cross-functional teams, balancing priorities with getting things doneBuilt a passion for solving complex problems using simple solutions that are well-thought-out and resilientExperience with agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and KanbanExperience with solutioning REST API interfaces along with implementing complex integrationsSupported end-to-end delivery of features from analysis to productionProven experience across both internal and external business and technical stakeholdersBuilt strong knowledge of software development processes, procedures, limitations, and challengesSkilled in creating technical documentation such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, Implementation guides and process diagramsExposure to complementary skills such as development or testing is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
