You assist other members of the team, peer-reviewing their work and supporting their development by sharing your knowledge and experience.Passion for the customer.

Leading discovery, scoping and refinements sessions, you determine business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical stories and features.Collaborate. You work with internal delivery teams to prioritise work and engage engineers to ensure your assumptions are right and timelines are realistic.
At times, you collaborate across squads.Quality Focused. You develop and implement inspection activities, working closely with the QE team to ensure requirements have been met and expectations exceeded.Technical Lens. You understand the technical aspects of new products and feature updates, challenging assumptions and ensuring scope is managed.
