The role will be an integral part of the Global Platforms team and responsible for conducting analysis of business and user needs in order to develop requirements to support and implement the corporate and business objectives of the assigned platform and function.Your new roleUndertake the analysis for business problems and translate them into requirements to ensure solution meets business requirementsWrite user stories, manage content and provide solution alternatives and recommendationsEnsure requirements accurately and sufficiently describe business needs and result in desired business outcomes through to implementationCoordinate solution design with IT and ensure business readiness and participation on projectsPlan and execute User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, user coordination, test execution and timely completion to identify and eliminate any risk to change implementationCollaborate, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are well communicated and understoodSupport scrum ceremonies sprint planning, showcases, stand-ups and retrospectives as the squad Scrum MasterReview and manage platform backlog – planning and prioritising according to business needsAbout youExperience with digital and content management platform Sitecore is essential, preferably within Financial Services/Insurance industryDemonstrated experience in translating business requirements into technical solutionsKnowledge of industry best practices associated with business analysis and governanceStrong documentation, reporting writing and facilitation skillsAbility to engage with business representatives and communicate in a collaborative mannerAbility to translate user requirements into business casesStrong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship building skillsAbout QBEWe can never really predict what's around the corner, but at QBE we're asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
