Role Overview: Technical Architect
Our Salesforce practice spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Health Cloud, and we are expanding into Utilities and Energy Cloud.

Your role will involve architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Develop and articulate Salesforce architecture solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices. Project Leadership: Lead technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, design, development, and deployment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Customization and Integration: Design and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations with external systems. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and adhering to best practices. Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications. Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior team members and provide training on Salesforce best practices and new technologies. Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and continuously seek opportunities to improve our technical capabilities and service offerings. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Health Cloud. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, and certifications in Utilities and Energy Cloud or other Industries Clouds are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools. Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
