Salary range: $106,534 to $117,716 per annum plus superannuation 242 Exhibition Street Melbourne office location Position overview An exciting and challenging fixed-term opportunity that will suit a seasoned Plumbing Technical Advisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As the Senior Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical plumbing advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders, responding to issues and enquiries, developing documentation, reports and briefings, liaising with industry, supporting technical committees/boards and providing specialised technical services.
What we are looking for: Licenced or registered for a class or classes of prescribed plumbing work under the Building Act 1993 (Victoria). Detailed knowledge and application of the plumbing regulatory framework including the Building Act, Plumbing Regulations and National Construction Code and other relevant legislation. Experience providing high-quality technical advice to a range of stakeholders, including the ability to build, maintain and negotiate strategic outcomes. Ability to communicate information effectively and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders over the phone, in person and in email. Written communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare highly complex technical reports.
