The Tax Debt branch is responsible for resolving debt for several Business Taxes, Land Tax and Duties products as well as assisting customers in meeting their ongoing obligations.Key Responsibilities:Insolvency Case Management: Oversee and manage insolvency cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.Process Revamp: Evaluate and redesign existing insolvency processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.Compliance Assurance: Ensure all insolvency processes are compliant with the latest laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during insolvency proceedings, providing clear communication and expert guidance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, accountants, and financial advisors, to ensure seamless insolvency operations.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and monitor the impact of these changes over time.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on insolvency cases and process performance to senior management.Essential requirementsEducation: Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline; or equivalent relevant industry experience.
