What will I be responsible for? Manage scope and delivery to the endorsed scope and delivery plan. Manage relationships with key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to achieve the project objectives. Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation and facilitate agile ceremonies. Manage delivery governance and project health in line with the Technology Simplification/Transformation Policy and Standards including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items early to Senior Management. Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution. Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/ assurance functions. Participate in the planning and delivery of Risk Management and Change Management activities to support the implementation. What's in it for me? What do I need? Essential: 7+ years' experience managing project delivery of >$3M projects Experience in Banking and Finance technology Multiple systems integration experience Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies Technical Management and solutioning skills Strong communication skills Proactive planning and risk management skills Strong senior stakeholder management skills (Business & IT) Preferred: Previous experience in combined Business & IT project management What's it like to work there?
