Job Description Senior Team Member - 47894 9 months fixed term contractParramatta Location How will I help?
As a Senior Team Member within the Payment Service and Operations team (PSO), you will be responsible for assisting our internal and external customers across a number of customer segments supporting International Payments and Investigations.
You will also be responsible for the investigation of outstanding items across PSO Businesses and be the central source of information of all International Payments that have been sent or received which require investigation. You will also be taking inbound and outbound calls from both internal and external customers and managing complaints in line with Westpac Group.
This role operates Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. The role is currently working hybrid with 2 days in office 3 days' work from home, however this is dependent on business and operational needs.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in Banking and Financial servicesAbility to stay calm in complex situations and handle in a professional mannerGreat communication skills - both written and verbal to provide a high standard of phone etiquette and build strong stakeholder relationshipsAble to take initiative and thrive in challengesExperience in International Payments ( Desirable)Flexible, as overtime will be occasionally required What is it like to work there?
