Senior Tax Manager - Superannuation

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of the tax compliance and advisory work. A unique opportunity in the superfund industry, you will have the opportunity to elevate your experience and knowledge through reviewing and advising on new process set ups as new funds structures are launched. You will work with senior stakeholders across Legal, Product, Portfolio, Operations, and Finance. Your contribution will be optimizing the firm's tax position and its underlying systems.

Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering tax compliance, reporting and advisory requirementsKey role in driving long-term strategy and providing valuable adviceOpportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholdersWhat you'll do: Prepare direct tax compliance and regulatory reportingEnsure accurate and timely tax effect accounting calculations and reportingCalculate and process PAYG instalment income in a timely mannerSupport ATO and foreign revenue engagementProvide guidance to other members of the Tax team as requiredDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProvide tax advice to the business and implement business line strategyManage tax governance and risk management activities, including execution of tax policiesWhat you bring:CA/CPA or equivalent qualificationSuperannuation tax experienceAdvanced Excel capabilitiesStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining strong commercial acumenWhat sets this company apart:Our client is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
