Forvis Mazars' Tax Consulting team has an opportunity for a Senior Tax Consultant looking to make the move into tax advisory.

Share a passion for research and are skilled in understanding and distilling legislation.Enjoy working alongside Business Advisory and Financial Advisory Services teams.Care for our client's most delicate matters, from mergers and acquisitions to tax structuring and succession planning.Relish a challenge and seek the ideal environment to realise your full potential.About the role: Providing high level of tax advice in all areas of taxation.Provide services to local and international clients.Work across a diverse range of industries.Tax advisory for companies and individuals.Taxation compliance.Undertaking tax research, analysing and interpreting tax legislation.Drafting advice for clients in relation to various Australian taxation issues.Assistance in relation to structuring of businesses and investments.Liaising and negotiating with the ATO on behalf of clients.Preparation/review of tax returns for Trusts, Companies, Partnerships and Individuals.Be able to provide practical taxation advice meeting business needs.About you: Someone that wants a long-term career in this field.Strong attention to detail.Compliance mindset.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Ideal for someone with Australian Tax consulting or legal experience.Completed a Bachelor of Laws/ Tax, or both.Will be required to have Australian Tax experience.5 plus years work experience.Why Forvis Mazars?
