As the senior tax accountant, you will collaborate directly with our small business clients to ensure their tax compliance remains on track and they receive quality taxation and accounting services. While no two days will be the same, your main responsibilities will include:Prepare financial accounts and income tax returns for our small business clients, which include various structures such as companies, trusts, and individuals.Manage client's tax compliance and ensure lodgements occur on time.Handle responsibilities encompassing BAS, IAS, and FBT returns, as well as CGT calculations, depreciation adjustments, and the identification of Div7a issues.Initial reviewer for outsourced offshore teams working papers.About youThe ideal candidate will:Minimum 4+ years' of experience in a chartered accounting firm in Australia.In the process of pursuing, nearing completion, or having already obtained their CA/CPA qualification.Strong communication and effective problem-solving abilities, combined with the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and more is highly desirable.Proficiency in FYI Docs is preferred but not essential.Be a strong communicator and enjoy building long-lasting relationships.Amazing benefits we'll provide:Our benefits are designed to help everyone enjoy a fulfilling, productive and balanced life in & out of work.
