We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a part-time or full-time Senior Tax and Business Services Accountant to join our growing team. The role offers flexibility to accommodate your circumstances.
About the Role
As a Senior Tax and Business Services Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax and business advisory services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and serving as their primary contact for tax-related inquiries. Preparing and reviewing tax returns, business activity statements, and financial statements. Providing technical research and advice on complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws. Collaborating with a dedicated team of experienced accountants to deliver exceptional client service. Supporting the professional development of junior staff through training and mentoring. About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
CA/CPA qualifications or actively pursuing these credentials. A minimum of 4 years' experience in Australian Public Practice across various entity types. Strong technical tax knowledge and experience in managing workflow and reviewing the work of others. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
