Our team also specializes in property investment and development, carefully guiding you through this complex process.
About the position: Prepare income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, sole traders, companies, trusts, and self-managed superannuation funds.
Prepare Business Activity Statements and state tax returns, such as payroll tax and land tax.
Prepare financial statements and income tax returns to review stage, including preparation of detailed working papers.
Research and consult on a range of tax issues and draft tax advice for our managers and partners.
Liaise with the ATO, OSR, clients, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
The ideal candidate: A degree in accounting from an Australian institution.
Completed or working towards a CA/CPA qualification.
At least 2+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
Experience using MYOB AE, Xero, and Excel.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation fundamentals.
What's on offer: $110,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation.
Hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days WFH).
